Biography

 
 

Keith Armonaitis is a born and bred Jersey boy. He studied acting at Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers, and performed stand-up comedy in and around the NYC area, including as a member of the comedy improv troupe at CBGB’s in the 90’s.nHe has written a dozen screenplays, optioning two and producing three others.

His movie “Missed” won Best Narrative Short, and his movie “Swung” won the Lou Costello Award for Best Comedy Short at the Garden State Film Festival. He is currently in preproduction for a TV show based on the wrold of Swung, a show about the issues around 55+ communities.

 
 

His film “Be Home Soon” won a Silver Award at the first Elba Film Festival in 2019. His fourth film, “The Struggle” returns him back to looking at the absurdity of life through a comedic lens, and has had a successful film festival run winning many best of awards.
