Biography

Danny is a retired decorated Deputy Sheriff who was nearly killed and permanently disabled in the line of duty. Danny was awarded the Bronze Star for Bravery and the Purple Heart. Danny suffered from excruciating pain every second of every day of his life, until a decade later when he began healing his mind and body holistically. His darkest moments in life became his greatest gifts, and now he’s empowering others to do the same by creating inspirational and transformational films.

Danny brings an interesting blend of a mainstream Man’s Man and a modern-day Hippie. His direct approach, authenticity, and heart of gold give hope to a future where our differences can come together, and we can see ourselves in one another. Becoming a bridge for a world stuck in duality, but ready for a change.

Danny’s incredible journey was a spiritual awakening that guided him into studying holistic healing and completing his Master’s degree in Spiritual Psychology. Danny’s newfound purpose in life is to stimulate more love and compassion in the world. In addition to filmmaking, Danny is also a Director for the Institute for Next Level Leadership, educating transformative Leaders on how to lead from within. Danny co-created a social-emotional personal growth program for underprivileged middle school children in the Los Angeles Area. This heartfelt yearly retreat transforms children’s lives by educating and inspiring them to live a more fulfilling life from a place of acceptance, trust and unconditional love. Danny is also a co-host for a podcast called ‘CONVERSATIONS with FRIENDS’ which shares inspirational stories from Hurt to Happiness. Filmmaking provides Danny an incredible platform for stimulating more love and compassion in the world. Danny is currently in production of a participatory Docu-Series called ‘Spiritual Tramp’, which he also hosts. Spiritual Tramp shares inspirational stories of ordinary people from all over the world overcoming incredible struggles to achieve a deeper level of peace, love, and happiness.
