Biography
Blayre Pichon is a filmmaker using art to explore healing, identity, and the intersections of body, mind, and spirit. Her current project, Requires Full Sun, grew from her lived experience with chronic migraines and examines how personal stories can illuminate broader conversations about wellness, transformation, and quality of life.
Blayre also works as a freelance producer and editor, with experience spanning editorial, branded, and digital storytelling. She is a former Creative Lead at Hearst Television and the co-writer/producer of the feature film Sr. (Best Feature Winner Urban Film Festival ‘25, Maryland Film Festival ‘25) and The Beach (New Orleans Film Festival ‘18).
Her work celebrates both resilience and the power in falling apart. Through each project, she aims to create space for truth, empathy, and renewal.
