Biography
I am founder and President of Ben Loeterman Productions, Inc. (BLPI), a small, successful independent documentary production company based in the Boston area. For more than 25 years, I have traveled the world producing, directing and writing non-fiction films, delivering award-winning documentaries for a prime-time public television audience.Â
BLPI’s most recent documentary, Walter Winchell: the Power of Gossip, premiered on WNET’s American Masters and streams on various platforms including GBH Passport, Prime Video and Apple TV.
Never the idle documentarian, I’m currently immersed in the research phase for my next documentary, knee-deep in academic and archival research and in-person interviews.
