Biography

Hi, I’m Audrey Lawrence.

I’m an award-winning author, TEDx speaker, and the Telly Award–winning producer and host of the PBS series Stay Curious. But more than anything, I’m someone who genuinely wants to understand how things work — especially when it comes to our brains, our behavior, and the quiet forces shaping our everyday lives.

Through Stay Curious, I explore the science behind how we think, move, create, and connect — not in a lab coat, but in real life. I’ve roller-skated to understand neuroplasticity, tested breathing techniques with neuroscientists, and followed researchers out of the classroom and into the world. I’m interested in that space where research meets reality — where ideas aren’t just studied, but lived.

I believe curiosity is less about having all the answers and more about being willing to ask better questions. And when we do that — when we choose to stay curious — we expand what’s possible for ourselves and for the people around us.

At the end of the day, I’m drawn to stories that make us think a little deeper, laugh a little more, and see the world with a bit more wonder. And it’s always better together. Join me in Staying Curious!

Hi, I’m Audrey Lawrence.

I’m an award-winning author, TEDx speaker, and the Telly Award–winning television producer and host of the PBS series Stay Curious. Through science-backed storytelling and real-world exploration, my work brings big ideas out of the lab and into everyday life — inviting audiences to see the world with fresh perspective and deeper understanding.

At the heart of Stay Curious is a simple belief: curiosity is one of the most powerful tools we have. Whether I’m exploring neuroscience, creativity, awe, or human behavior, I’m drawn to the intersection of science and lived experience — where research meets the rhythms of daily life. My goal is to make complex ideas accessible, meaningful, and practical without losing their depth.

Over the years, my work has expanded across television, publishing, and live audiences, building a platform dedicated to lifelong learning and thoughtful exploration. Through documentary storytelling, guided workbooks, and speaking engagements, I create spaces where inquiry feels inviting — not intimidating — and discovery feels possible for everyone.

I believe curiosity isn’t just something we have — it’s something we choose. And when we choose it, we expand what’s possible in our lives and in our communities.
