Biography
Xander Penot is an aspiring Writer/Director studying at Savannah College of Art and Deisgn. He has a love for deeply personal stories that gravitate towards hyperrealism or hypersurrealism. Starting at age 11, he’s been making independent films for a decade, having films selected in different film festivals and having worked a myriad of positions on set. While he loves writing and directing, he has also specialized in editing, producing, and acting as a way to deepen his knowledge as a director. He loves filmmaking intensely and is driven to get impactful films made.
