Teaching Kids How to Make Movies
FC Academy offers classes specialized for age-based learning. Our Filmmaking and Stop-Motion Classes have been hugely successful. Check out the full schedule of classes.
In our Filmmaking classes, students will learn skills in scriptwriting, storyboard sketching, character development, improvisation, and camera skills – all in a fun, collabora?ve and exciting environment. Together, the group will write, shoot, and edit a film in a genre of their choosing. Students will also learn to edit their films using professional editing software, Adobe Premiere.
In our Stop-motion animation class, students will learn the principles of Animation and produce their own short film using objects found around the house and brought to class. We will also bring some of our own supplies for the students to use as well!
