Act Your Age is a live-action dramatic video produced by professional filmmakers in collaboration with the Brookline Senior Center and Artbarn Community Theater and starring the children and seniors of Brookline, MA. The plot is simple and fun: An evil wizard is preying on the residents of a Home for senior citizens and getting rid of the seniors by turning them into children. But the children won’t let him get away with it!
The process of making Act Your Age allowed young and old to imagine themselves in each others’ shoes and to get to know each other on a deeply personal level by working creatively as a team towards a common goal.
