Michele Mitchell is an award-winning journalist and author who began her broadcast career as a political analyst and anchor on CNN’s Headline News. As a correspondent for the weekly PBS news magazine NOW with Bill Moyers, her investigations included stories on the war on terror, voter fraud, women and the economy, the Jack Abramoff scandal and child slavery. She has been honored with a Gracie award and has also received an honorable citation from the
Overseas Press Club.
