Organization
Filmmakers Collaborative is comprised of filmmaker-members who collectively determine the direction of the Collaborative. Members attend quarterly meetings to discuss pertinent issues, keep abreast of each other’s projects, and decide policy for the organization. In addition, FC sponsors projects for media makers who cannot or choose not to become active members of the organization.
Day-to-day administration is handled by Executive Director, Bonnie Waltch, who provides fiscal oversight, monitors grant reporting requirements, and consults on budgets. Program Coordinator, Jennifer Kaplan, organizes FC’s outreach programs.

An Executive Committee, comprised of the executive director, the officers, and a rotating group of filmmakers and board members, decides on policy for the organization, subject to approval by the membership and Board.

Guidance, oversight, and a broad range of experience are provided by FC’s Board of Directors, who attend an annual Board meeting and are welcome to attend quarterly member meetings..
