Over the last 25 year Filmmakers Collaborative has evolved from being a local filmmaker-run organization with volunteer staff, to a national organization with media makers from across the country, governed by a board of
directors and managed by a professional staff that reports to the board.

Day-to-day administration is handled by Associate Director Laura Azevedo, who handles fiscal oversight and budget administration, monitors grant reporting requirements, and oversees operations. Executive Director Kathryn Dietz is in charge of FC’s strategic vision and planning as well as educational programming and legal compliance issues.
