FC’s NEW MEMBERSHIP CAMPAIGN

Frequently, filmmakers ask us if they can join FC. Since members have historically been only filmmakers with sponsored projects, we want to expand our membership tiers to include others who’d like to be part of FC. In light of this, we are launching a new membership campaign.

Current Membership (if FC serves as your fiscal sponsor)
• FC members pay $200/year either in fees or dues
Benefits:
- Sponsorship of film projects
- Access to Foundation Directory online (highest level with all the bells and whistles)
- Google group listserv & docs
- Active participation in FC, including reviewing and voting on new projects
- $20 off Making Media Now
- 15% off FC-sponsored workshops
- Optional use of FC production insurance for $200 surcharge fee (saving you a much higher flat fee) + the share of what you use.
- Quarterly (or more) FC newsletter
- Rough cut feedback screenings of FC member work
- Promotion of upcoming screenings/events in FC newsletter to 2000+ (at FC’s discretion)
- Invitation to Annual FC holiday party
- Invitation to Making Media Now pre-party
- Discount after spending $200 in rentals at Rule/Boston Camera
- 1 hr. consultation with staff on Quickbooks/bookkeeping
- 1/2 hr. consultation with staff on project consultation (treatment, fundraising or outreach)

Note: Out of State FC members pay $100/year in fees or dues for all of above except local events

• Community Members – $85/year
