The Coolidge Corner Theatre presents a special screening of INGREDIENTS, a feature length documentary, directed by Robert Bates. INGREDIENTS explores the ways in which people around the country are working to revitalize the connection between consumers and local farmers. The film goes across the U.S., from the diversified farms of the Hudson River and Willamette Valleys to the urban food deserts of Harlem and into the kitchens of chefs like Alice Waters and Peter Hoffman.

Presented as part of Coolidge Corner Theatre’s Green Screen series (sponsored by Wainwright Bank), the screening is free for Coolidge Corner Theatre members.
